Step 1: Prep Work

  1. Remove stems and use scissors to cut 0.75 oz dried chilies into 1” sections, leave the seeds in if you want it extra spicy, then set aside.
  2. Cut 1/2 cup shallots into same size and set aside.
  3. Thinly slice 0.75 oz ginger and 5g turmeric, set aside.
